The Internet improves education, as it is a gateway to a wealth of information, knowledge, and educational resources commonly referred to as smart training. Moreover, the internet increases opportunities for learning within the classroom setting and even beyond.
Educationalists are psyched up by exploring new opportunities and unearthing new ways through which the internet can be used to improve the outcomes of learning. The challenge has been and still is to help the education stakeholders enhance education by fostering the knowledge and skills required (Smart Learning, n.d.). It shows that having an education system that appreciates the internet is crucial to achieving the UN's sustainable goals. Thus, there is a need to analyze how internet technologies are used in education as well as the general hindrance that delays governments from using these technologies in the education process.
Internet usage is a modern technology that has gained popularity in the late decades of the 20th century. To some pedagogues, it has still become a hindrance to using it as part of education. Hence, the students are subjected to being taught by the means of the old methods, which do not resonate well with the current trend. It was in 2013 that the education system of using the internet was employed after a couple of discussions in 2012. 2013-2014 years saw schools and universities adopting smart tools during the lecturing periods and even assigning extra training courses. Hence, this makes studying more interesting, as most of these children and students are used to the screens even at home. However, there is a challenge with the teachers who have not mastered the use of high-level technology which can create misrepresentation.

Historical Background on Smart Training in the UAE
Previously, before the introduction of the e-learning platform in the United Arab Emirates, the mode of study was one teacher, classroom desk, classroom, and textbooks. Since 2010, there have been a lot of seminars and consultations on using the internet as part of simplifying the passage of education. E-learning Systems used in UAE
Madrasa. It is a learning platform launched by the United Arab Emirates that provides a free platform of over 5,000 Arabized videos covering mathematics, physics, chemistry, general science, and biology. The platform offers over 10 million words of content for students starting from kindergarten all the way to grade 12. Apart from that, it can be accessed not only by students in UAE but all over the world from their computers or gadgets.

Google in partnership with Etisalat and the Ministry of Education launched an online education platform that has developed hundreds of tutorials on YouTube for students from grade 10 to grade 12. The YouTube channel has a total of 600 tutorials that cover several subjects that are based on the national curriculum (E-learning, 2018). The platform is intended to help parents to reduce the costs of private tuition. The MoE uploaded all the crucial topics and uploaded them to YouTube, which can be easily accessed.
Diwan eBook Reader. It is a requisition that authorizes one to download books and have online schooling. The app allows students and teachers from state-sponsored institutions to interact with learning materials electronically (E-learning, 2018 ). Mohammed bin Rashid’s smart learning project is an initiative of the government between the MoE and the telecommunications regulatory authority to equip all the campuses and grade schools with 4G networks, smart gadgets, eBoards, and eContent by 2021.
Priorities for Internet-based Education in UAE

However, it has not been fully factored in the UAE. Internet must be regulated.
Through education, people can gain new knowledge, and skills, and develop wisdom. Such achievements help build capacity, hence improving productivity and support to achieve economic growth. Digital skills are required to succeed in this digital age. Every office has a computer; thus, the skills acquired in schools must be aligned with this capacity building. Such skills must then be part of the curricula to enable the students to find information online, access applications, and make quality use of it in life.
5. Content and Devices
The material on the systems is the engine that defines if the concept is sustainable or should be discarded. The teachers and students should be able to access the content on the textbooks online where they can be sourced from a pool of other materials. The learners can be able then horn their skills in research by exploring the content online at the comfort of their desks. Acquiring open educational resources and great online open courses would be more comfortable and fulfilling.
Implementation of Smart Training
At GEMS Wellington Academy in Silicon Oasis, the teachers and students entirely use e-learning for all students. The school director asserts that the system is used to assign tasks, build on collaborative experiences, share learning experiences, collect and mark exams online, and enhance learning experiences through the support of game-based activities. The school has implemented a system called the Pamoja system that allows the students to attend classes virtually online. Such online lessons include screencasts, multimedia presentations, and Skype from the teachers. Early exposure to the internet has made it worse for students to develop eyesight complications due to earlier exposure to the internet. Perhaps, there should be new inventions that would not affect the health of the students. Parents together with teachers should not punish the students or rebuke them for using social media; however, they should encourage them to get involved in sharing knowledge among themselves even in that socializing. The use of the internet has to be monitored by the school administration and school authorities to prevent its misuse while directing it to teach and learning improvement - sites that are harmfully blocked, while the socializing sites should be regulated at certain times so as the students use them. It is in line with the students being encouraged to particular websites.
